We are a domiciliary care and Supported Living Provider organisation registered with the Care Quality Commission to deliver services for people requiring support who are living in their own homes.
We believe everyone is individual and support people to reach their full potential and live their own best lives. We support all clients in a person centred manner by planning and delivering individualised services.
We do not see a person’s condition as precluding them from living a full life. We support people who may display behaviours of concern to live in their own community. Behaviour that may challenge can be a challenge for individual’s living with conditions including:
- Autism (with or without a learning disability)
- Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)
- Dementia
As an organisation we believe that Care is a Career. Our staff team are selected to match the needs of the individual they support. We would like to see more ‘disabled people’ enabled to fully participate in Education, Training and Employment. We build services around each person whilst looking for ways to support successful outcomes for each client who we support.
The organisation has a background in teaching, training and supporting learning. We strongly believe in partnership working with other organisations to safely reduce the costs of our services whilst ensuring the client gets the best support available to ensure their continued development.
